What to expect

  1. Order placed.

    You'll get a confirmation email right away.

  2. Packed and shipped.

    Usually within 0–2 business days (longer around public holidays). We email your tracking link as soon as it ships.

  3. On its way to you.

    Your parcel moves between carrier hubs, with duties already paid. Tracking can sit at “in transit” for several days at this stage. That's normal.

  4. Out for delivery.

    A local carrier brings it to your door.

  5. Delivered.

    Usually 6–13 business days from your order (longer around public holidays); in December, allow up to 18 business days.

Lost parcel? If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or it says delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll reship or refund at our cost.
