30-Night Comfort Guarantee. If your Hot Sleeper Club blankets aren't right for you, email support@hotsleeperclub.com within 30 nights of delivery with your order number. We'll refund everything you paid for that order, including shipping and tax, to your original payment method within 7 days of your email. You don't need to send anything back: keep the blankets, give them away or donate them. The guarantee can be used once per customer.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it free, or refund it if you prefer.

Lost parcel? If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, or it says delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll reship or refund at our cost.

If you remove one blanket of a Buy 1, Get 1 Free pair before it ships, the other is charged at the single-blanket price (A$130) and we refund the difference, if any; the guarantee refunds everything you paid for the order.
